Project Background

One of the elements at the heart of the Center Parcs brand is a story of family play and imagination. For the younger guests, Center Parcs represents an opportunity to bring imagination to life in the forest, through play with family. Center Parcs were looking to create content that captured this sense of imaginative play.

The concept

We wanted to celebrate the imagination of younger Center Parcs guests in an empowering way. To do this, our approach was to capture real and authentic guest stories, and then animate them using the same drawing style as the children themselves.

The process

We conducted a series of creative workshops with real Center Parcs guests during their break. During these sessions we created a story and drawings about something imaginative during their break. We then took the children’s drawings and animated them, bringing both the story and the characters to life on a backdrop of Center Parcs villages.
