Job Title: Creative Studio Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 09:00-17:30

Role Summary

Fat Free Media produces branded video content for a growing client base across Europe including Center Parcs, Nottingham Trent University, Gala Bingo, Toyota and Capital One. We are recruiting for a Creative Studio Manager to wield the hustle and bustle of creative studio life into something consistently beautiful and efficient.

The Creative Studio Manager’s primary role is to put our production systems into practice, leading the creative team to achieve their goals, managing the tasks, resources and milestones to ensure projects are planned and delivered on time and within budget. Ideally suited to a candidate with at least two years experience within a marketing or advertising agency working predominantly on production management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing all projects, tasks, outputs, deadlines and creative team members to bring projects in on time, in budget
  • Principle manager of our online production management system
  • Setting and reviewing daily, weekly and forecast schedules of creative team
  • Planning and amending project production schedules and reports
  • Proactive project management and regular updates to management team
  • Developing and optimising existing workflow systems
  • Quality checking every piece of output from the studio
  • Managing, optimising and reporting on studio efficiencies
  • Managing annual leave and sickness, booking freelancers
  • Supporting in client services when required
  • Project managing complex film and animation projects
  • Booking and facilitating creative briefings, presentations and review sessions
  • Manage pitch/presentation tasks and resources

Preferred Skills/Qualities

  • Outstanding project management and organisational skills
  • Be a genuine multi-tasking hero
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • An inherent understanding about how to draw the best work out of a team
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbally
  • Quick learner and ability to hit the ground running
  • At least two years (ideally more!) agency experience
  • Great understanding of the creative process, bonus points for familiarity with film and animation workflow
  • Financially minded and competent use of finance platforms
  • High levels of computer literacy, including excel

Salary

£25k-£35k (Depending on experience)
